PRICES

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.
Courier charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on the size, weight and volumetric size of the parcel.
STOCK AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep our website stock information accurate, stock quantities may change quickly and an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to supply an ordered item, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
ORDERS

Blades and Outdoor reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine stock problem, pricing error, payment problem, suspected fraud or other reasonable issue preventing the order from being completed.
If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the appropriate refund will be arranged.

Blades and Outdoor cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where payment is made by electronic funds transfer, proof of payment may be requested.
Blades and Outdoor reserves the right to verify payment before releasing or dispatching an order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Courier delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery areas and peak trading periods.
Courier charges are not refundable.
