Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on items bought, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only pay out the value of the item, and not the courier fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is the client's responsibility to send the parcel back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be required to sent us your banking details on above mentioned email or on our Whatsapp number 0826520219, in order for us to do the refund manually.

Returns

We do have a 30 day factory fault return policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The client will be responsible for the return courier fee.
If we determine that the item has a factory fault, we'll refund the shipping fee that the client had to pay to send it back to us. If we determine that there is no factory fault on the item, but rather damage caused through the courier process or by the client, the client will be responsible for the courier fee to us, and then back to them again.
We do have a " insure your parcel" option on our website where you can insure your parcel during the courier process, that will cover you for damage or lost parcels.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Order refund / cancellation / return fee
An 10% cancellation / refund / return fee charge can be applied on all online orders. An 10% cancellation fee of the total amount paid (Shipping included), can be deducted from the refund amount that will be paid over to you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a factory fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Item colours may vary slightly from advertised pictures.
Cuts, sizes, and designs of pants may vary slightly since we source the pants from different factories.
